| "Is this a dream?" Elizabeth Webber asked herself as she took Lucky Spencer's hand. After all this time the two of them were free to love each other, although there was still the danger in their lives that they faced from the Cassadines, it would be ok now because she and Lucky were together again and that's all that mattered, Lucky was free from Helena's mind control that he had been under for months, it all started when Lucky was kidnapped over two years ago, by the evil Faison who had been working for Helena. Lucky had been free for over a year and a half, but he wasn't ok until now. Lucky had no memory of his one year in captivity, but he was ok with that because he thought he would never get it back, his future was with Elizabeth and only Elizabeth, she was everything to him, his hope, his freedom, his first love, his life and she felt the same way about him. "This isn't a dream." Lucky said reading Elizabeth's mind like he always did. Elizabeth smiled at him as they walked out of the rain and into the Port Charles Grill for a romantic dinner. As the two were about to be seated, Lucky felt someone bang into him. He turned around to see who it was and saw a teenage girl standing there holding a bottle of wine, she spun around to see who she hit and saw Lucky. Their eyes met for a brief second then the girl glanced down at Lucky's shirt and noticed she spilled some of her drink on him. "Oops." She chuckled, looking as though she was about to burst out laughing. Lucky looked at her. "Why don't you watch where you're going.!" He said angrily. The girl took a step back. "Whoa, what can I say, you were in my way, don't take it personally." She said. Lucky could tell that she was drunk. "Why don't you call a cab and have someone take you home." He suggested. "I'm fine!" She said getting angry. "Why don't YOU mind your own business." She said, then turned around and walked off. Elizabeth turned to Lucky. "Forget that." She said. "She was drunk, don't let her ruin our evening." She said rubbing Lucky's shirt. "It will dry." "I know." Lucky said to her. "It's just that..." Lucky turned to the doorway where the girl went, but she was gone. "It's just that what?" Elizabeth asked concerned. "I don't know." Lucky answered looking back at her. "I, I just know her." "Know her?" Elizabeth repeated. "From where?" "I don't know" He shrugged. "It doesn't matter." "Ok" Elizabeth said. "Let's sit down." "All right" Lucky said taking her hand. "This evening's just about you and me and nothing else can spoin it." "I like the sound of that." Elizabeth said giving Lucky a kiss. The two share a special evening at the grill together. About an hour later, they exit the restaurant arm in arm. "Do you know how long I have been waiting for this, just you and me to be together?" Elizabeth asked Lucky leaning on his shoulder. Lucky smiled. "I know, me too." As they stepped out onto the porch of the grill, Lucky spotted the same girl who had banged into him earlier. She was standing near the corner of the porch leaning against the edge, she stopped when she saw Lucky and just looked at him. Lucky couldn't quite make out where he had seen her before, but she was so familiar to him. Elizabeth didn't see the girl. "Come on, Lucky." She said. "It stopped raining, so we can walk." "Ok" Lucky said turning away from the girl and then walked off with Elizabeth not looking back. From the porch of the grill, the girl watched Lucky walk off with Elizabeth into the night. * * * Ring! Ring! "Who could be calling?" Stefan asked himself as he looked at the phone. He didn't want to be bothered with business calls. He still had Chloe on his mind and he barely had a day of peace to remember her without interruption. As Stefan sat back at his desk he listened to the phone as it kept on ringing. Finally, Stefan reached for the phone, it could have been Nikolas or Laura and he wouldn't want to miss their calls. "Hello" Stefan said answering the phone. There was nothing but silence. "Hello" Stefan repeated. "Is anyone there?" There was still no answer, but Stefan could hear breathing from the other line. He knew someone was there but he hung up anyway. Was it Helena? Stefan really didn't care that much, but he sensed that it wasn't her because he felt that who called had only called just to hear his voice. Stefan decided to find out who it was, so he waited about five minutes to call, so as to not let the caller suspect it was him. The phone rang and a woman picked up. "Hello" She said. Stefan stood there in shock. He recognized that voice. The voice of his first love, Olivia Pearson! Olivia Pearson was dead! Or was she? Suddenly the womam hung up. "Olivia!" Stefan called out, but it was too late, the woman was gone. Stefan picked up the phone again, only this time he called one of his servants to trace the call. Stefan knew it was Olivia and he had to find her. After making the call, Stefan sat back on his desk chair. He could recall his first meeting with Olivia twenty years ago. It was in France. Stefan had left his family's mansion for a couple years after he finished school so he could travel around the world. He was in his early twenties when he met her. He could recall Olivia's dark brown eyes and the way she would look at him, the way her long brown hair matched her eyes. He could recall the last time he saw her, they were supposed to meet for dinner and Stefan had left her apartment and when he got back to his place he recieved a call saying that Olivia had been killed when her car skidded off the road and into the water below. Stefan cringed to think of that. He put his head into his hands. "No" He thought. "Was she really alive all this time and I didn't know, I have to find out the truthj." Stefan sighed. "I have to." |
